Terms of Use
This is a translation for reference. If it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version applies. By using Browser Game Hub (the “Service”), you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Service introduces browser games and lets users rate and review them. Games are provided on their authors’ sites, not by the operator.
2. Login
Rating, reviewing and submitting require a Google login. If you are under 13, use the Service with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
3. Submitting games
- You may submit only browser games that you made or have the right to list.
- Only individuals may submit games. Companies and other corporations can’t.
- State correctly which devices a game works on, whether it needs sign-up, and whether it’s free or paid.
- Rights in your text and images stay with you. You allow the operator to display, resize and machine translate them, free of charge, for the Service and its promotion.
- If you give permission when submitting, the operator may play the game and share screenshots, videos and impressions, free of charge, in the Service’s play diary and on the operator’s social media (such as X and Instagram). Permission is optional, and you can withdraw it by editing the game. After that, no new posts will be made. Existing posts will be removed on request as far as the operator can, but copies shared by others may remain.
- Before giving permission, make sure you have the right to allow this for the music, images, characters and other content in your game.
- Games may be declined or removed by the automatic check or the operator’s judgment, sometimes without a stated reason.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Infringing others’ rights (copyright, trademark, portrait rights and so on)
- Obscene content, gambling, illegal content, or leading people to harmful programs
- Abusing others or posting personal information
- Inflating ratings, rating to harm competitors, or using multiple accounts
- Interfering with the Service
5. Reviews
Ratings and reviews are public, and reviews are machine translated. Reviews that break these terms may be hidden without notice.
6. No guarantee
We don’t guarantee that listed games work, their content, or the safety of linked sites. Machine translations may be inaccurate. Please resolve anything arising from a game or linked site with that site’s operator. The Service may change or stop without notice. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the operator isn’t liable for damage arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes
These terms may change as needed. Changes will be announced on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
