Getting started
What is this site?
A site just for browser games. Players can find games by their stars and reviews, and creators can submit games and get ratings and reviews.
Does it cost anything?
This site is free to use. Some games need payment on the author’s site, which is shown by the Paid badge on cards and game pages.
What needs a login?
Finding games, playing and reading reviews don’t need a login. Rating, writing reviews, reporting a game that doesn’t work, and submitting games do.
What is the Magazine?
The operator’s pages: play diaries of games they actually played, plus news, roundups and other articles. Play diaries only cover games whose authors gave permission.
Is the site available in other languages?
The site comes in Japanese and English. Submissions and reviews are shown with machine translation.
Playing
How do I play a game?
Open a card, then press Play on the game’s page. The author’s site opens and you play there. Games don’t run inside this site.
Do I need an account to play?
You don’t need an account on this site. Some games need sign-up on the author’s site; check the badges on each game.
What do the badges mean?
PC & phone, PC and Phone show where a game can be played. The other badges show whether it needs sign-up on the author’s site and whether it’s free. All of them are declared by the author.
What do the numbers on a card mean?
From the left: the average star rating, how many times the card was opened, and how many times Play was pressed. Each is counted once a day per game, so people sharing a connection may be counted as one. The author’s own visits aren’t counted.
A game doesn’t work.
Press “Doesn’t work on phone” or “Doesn’t work on PC” on the game’s page (login required). We’ll look into it.
Finding games
How do I search?
Type in the search box at the top. On a phone, tap the magnifying glass. Search looks through titles, how-to text, highlights and tags.
I only want games for my phone.
Choose Phone above the list. Games that work on both are included. PC works the same way, and PC & phone shows only games that work on both.
What are tags?
Words that describe a game, added by the person who submits it. Popular tags are on the home page, and you can see all tags. The order is updated once a day, and new tags are added at the bottom.
Where can I see new games?
In the New row on the home page and on the New page, with the most recently published first.
How do I see more from the same author?
Press the author’s name on a game’s page. Their author page shows their published games, plus any bio and links.
Ratings and reviews
How do I rate a game?
Log in with Google, then choose stars on the game’s page. You can add a review too. You can’t rate your own game.
How do I change or remove my rating?
Use the rating section on the game’s page. You can reach your ratings from My page too.
Can other people see my review?
Yes. It’s shown publicly on the game’s page with your display name, so please don’t include your real name or contact details. Your review history isn’t shown on your author page.
Why does some text look strange?
Text in another language is machine translated and may not be accurate. Translated text is labeled, and “Show original” displays the original.
I found an abusive review.
Use “Report this review” below it, and we’ll look into it.
Ranking and Hall of Fame
How does the ranking work?
The home page shows the top 10, and the Ranking page shows the top 100. You can switch between Overall, Top rated and Most played. Filtering by device ranks games within that filter. Ranks are updated daily at midnight Japan time. Stars and counts on cards change right away, but ranks stay until the next update. New games join the ranking at the next update.
How is the Overall rank decided?
Mainly by star ratings, with play counts added. Play counts alone can’t reach the top. So that games with very few ratings don’t dominate, scores are pulled toward 3 stars until there are more ratings.
What is the Hall of Fame?
A title for games played by many people over a long time that earned high ratings. It’s checked once a day. Games that enter graduate from the ranking and appear on the Hall of Fame page. The exact conditions aren’t published.
Can a game lose its place if its rating drops?
No. It may stop being shown if cheating or abuse is found, or if the game’s listing is stopped.
Submitting games
What can I submit?
Browser games you made or have the right to list. They can be for PC & phone, PC, or phone, and may need sign-up or payment. Only individuals may submit; companies can’t. See the Terms for details.
How do I submit a game?
Log in with Google and open the submission page. Enter the game’s URL, title, how to play, highlights and supported devices, then choose card and icon images. Only URLs starting with https are accepted.
How many games can I submit?
Up to 3 a day per person. The same URL can’t be submitted twice.
Is my game published right away?
Submissions are checked automatically and published if there’s no problem. The operator reviews the ones that are hard to judge, which can take some time. You can see the result on My page.
What does the permission checkbox for the operator mean?
If you check it, the operator may play your game and share screenshots, videos and impressions in the play diary and on social media. It’s optional, and you can submit without it. Not every game will be featured. You can withdraw permission by editing the game. See the Terms for details.
I don’t have a sharing image.
You can still submit. See About the sharing image.
How many tags can I add?
Up to 5, with up to 20 characters each.
How do I edit or delete my game?
Open “Edit / delete” on My page.
My game was rejected or stopped.
The reason is shown on My page. After you edit the game, it goes public once it passes review. Games whose page can’t be opened for a while are also hidden automatically.
Your account
How do I log in?
Use the person icon at the top right to log in with Google. This site doesn’t keep passwords.
What can I do on My page?
Set your bio and links, check and edit your games, see your ratings, log out, and delete your account. Open it from the person icon at the top right while logged in.
How do I add a bio or social links?
Enter them under “Bio and links” on My page and save. They’re shown on your author page while you have a published game. Please don’t include your real name, address or contact details.
What information do you keep?
An account ID from Google, the display name you choose, and your bio and links if you add them. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
Use “Delete account” on My page. Your games, ratings and reviews are deleted too, and this can’t be undone.
Need more help?
I found an inappropriate game.
Use the report link at the bottom of the game’s page.
My work is listed without permission.
Use the same report link, and tell us which game, which part, and which right is involved. No login is needed. If someone else submitted your game, you can also take it over from “For the author” on its page.
